Baby romper in navy and green tartan cotton.
Some of us at the office love the soft, flowing plaid fabric, the dark green, lighter green, and navy blue colors. We love the details without which this romper would be plain: the cross-stitched flowers on the long sleeves with elasticated cuffs, the collar above the neckline and along the placket, nicely finished with a picot stitch in the same color as the flowers.
The iridescent buttons on the placket and cuffs are in natural mother-of-pearl. The bodice supports the gathered waistband and opens at the crotch with three snaps, making changing clothes a breeze. One last detail that is not visible, but is important: the side and sleeve seams are made with English stitching, which reinforces their solidity.
